Reminder: output retention period changes on November 30, 2026
As announced on October 30, 2026, from November 30, 2026 outputs generated on a paid plan are kept for 7 days instead of 30. Outputs generated before that date keep their original expiry.
What changes
- Outputs generated on a paid plan (including pay-per-use) can be downloaded again from your personal archive for 7 days from creation instead of 30 days.
- The 7-day period applies to outputs generated from 00:00 Korea time on November 30, 2026.
- Outputs generated before then keep the expiry set when they were created (30 days from creation).
- The free-trial download link stays valid for 24 hours, as now.
Download before expiry
Please download the outputs you need before they expire and keep your own copy. Expired outputs cannot be downloaded again.
These are download periods. Server copies are, separately, deleted once 30 days have passed since creation, at the next job processed after that.
