Terms of Service update — 24-hour paper delivery standard (effective October 15, 2026)
We are announcing on October 8, 2026 an update to Section 3 of our Terms of Service that sets the paper delivery standard at 24 hours after submission. It applies to jobs submitted on or after October 15, 2026.
What changes
- Paper generation is delivered within 24 hours of submission.
- If a paper is delivered within 24 hours, credits are not refunded just because it was late.
- If we cannot deliver it within 24 hours, the credits used are refunded automatically.
- Other refund rules (such as simultaneous delivery failure or the improvement-rate rule) still apply where they are met. If processing runs long, we email you once with the reason and the expected delivery time.
- When a job is refunded for missing the deadline, we email you about the refund. Papers are not resubmitted automatically; to create one again, please submit it yourself.
Notice and effective dates
- Notice date: October 8, 2026
- Effective date: October 15, 2026 (applies to jobs submitted from 00:00 Korea time on that day)
- We already process papers aiming at delivery within 24 hours of submission, but refund requests for late delivery of jobs submitted before October 15, 2026 are handled under the previous terms.
