A new automatic credit refund rule, and why use this program
If the improvement rate measured in the paper program's continuous analysis is confirmed at 50% or less, that job's credits are refunded automatically (once per job). If it is higher and your problem is still unsolved, report it on the results screen. We also explain what this program is for.
Why should I use this program?
It is built to analyze the multidisciplinary problem in front of you from the governing equations of mathematics, physics and chemistry, and in most cases to propose a solution direction that has passed a verification step. The body of a paper from the paper program states a validation grade showing what backs its results (same-condition measured, similar-condition substitute, or synthetic). If a run cannot start, a generation failure is confirmed, or the output cannot be delivered by any route, the credits used are refunded automatically under our policy. Refund rule: a job whose improvement rate measured in continuous analysis is confirmed to be 50% or less has its credits refunded automatically (once per job). If the rate is higher and the result still did not resolve your problem, use 'This didn't solve my problem · request review' on the results screen; after review we reprocess or refund, and if you tell us at info@ideainnov.com we will help you reach a solution as fast as we can.
A new credit refund rule
Refund rule: if the improvement rate measured in continuous analysis is confirmed to be 50% or less, we refund that job's credits automatically (once per job). If the improvement rate is higher but the result still did not solve your problem, report it on the results screen and we will review it and follow up.
- Improvement rate = 1 − (validation error of the improved equation ÷ validation error of the baseline equation), taken at the best value across the continuous-analysis (improvement) rounds.
- The improvement rate is shown on the results screen and in the paper body.
- The rule applies to the improvement rate measured in the paper program's continuous analysis.
- You can report a job once with the "This didn't solve my problem · request review" button in My Documents on your dashboard; our team reviews it and replies by email.
- If a run could not start or generation is confirmed to have failed, the credits are refunded automatically without any report.
